Each Holiday Season my patients are beyond generous with gifts. This year is no exception. I usually say of gifts – “completely unnecessary but appreciated”. But in an increasingly complex world of healthcare, the human touch is increasingly necessary. So thank you to all my patients for these and all the other ways you express your experience.
