Delays in receiving results from coronavirus testing have broad implications – from challenges in maintaining quarantine, to contact tracing, and causing patients unnecessary worry,
The graph below presents the 7 day moving average for tests to return to our clinic in Santa Monica. I was surprised to see that delays in early July were even longer than they were in early March.
They now seemed to have returned to a more typical turn around time of about 2-3 days.
